I use 1 5th per 2-4days, I feel feverish after 4 days off of alcohol, like the flu, am i detoxing?

I drink a 5th in one setting every 3-4 days, i feel like i am getting the flu after 4 days of no drinking, or light headed. i weigh 260 lbs, but am fairly physicaly fit, i am 42 yrs old.
