Can you take acetaminophen and ibuprofen together?

Last week my little baby had a high fever. I gave her paracetamol and now she is ok. But my friend told me that I can give to baby with fever mix of acetaminophen and ibuprofen. I'm wondering can you take these two medications together. I think that they are very similar.

Hi, I was recently cleaning up my drug cabinet when I came across a container that didnt have any label on it. In side I found some tablets that had letters MLX and numbers 152 engraved on them. I was wondering if you can tell me what these tablets might be. Can I still use them?
