Allergic reactions to antibiotics now have epipen

I am allergic to the following antibiotics: leviquen,penicillin, macrobid, marx,sulfa drugs. The last reaction I had was to macrobid and it was horrible and frightening. I was sent home with an epipen. So what antibiotic is safe for me to use? My allergist wasn't much help.

Hi. I was diagnosed with urinary tract infection and I got Macrodantin to treat my condition. I`m not sure I got the right med. I have diarrhea every time I take a dose. Is Macrodatin used to treat UTI?

Can I use chloramphenicol for pneumonia?

Doctor said that I have mild type of pneumonia. He prescribed me few medications and I feel ok now. I read somewhere that chloramphenicol can be use to treat pneumonia. I don’t take this medication but I would like to know can I use chloramphenicol for pneumonia? Anybody knows that?
