Can I have unprotected sex twice before using plan B?

I use condoms all the time. Sometimes we want to do it without a condom but that comes at the expense of using emergency contraception. Would Plan B protect against having sex twice within a 12 hour period? Say we have sex at night, then again the next morning, THEN take plan B. Thanks.
