I have felt tired, increased appetite, a little cramping. Are those side effects of plan b pill?

So I took the plan b pill Wednesday and I'm just wondering if the way I am feeling is normal. I have felt more tired, increased appetite, a little cramping, very bad mood swings, and some discharge. Is all of this normal? Also are these signs that the pill is working?
