Had two periods after taking Levonelle tablets, should I be worried?

i took 2 levonelle1 tablets around april 28, got period 1wk later(11 days early) and have now got my period again(8 days early) should i be worried. this never happens and how long till i can expect them to be regular. is it now ok to start my birth control pills today
