For the typical couple trying to get pregnant it can take up to 12 months of consistant trying before a doctor will look into the possibility of a fertility issue. Give it time it will happen. Also get to know your body , use OPK's , and chart.

Yes you can. It may even be probable. You typically ovulate anywhere from 12-14 days after the start of your period (it differs with every woman). If you ended on the 31 then you probably started around the 25th or so depending on how long your period is...that would be about 13 days...at your highest change of getting pregnant.
