burning after going to bathroom, stomach aches,

ive been feeling like i always have to go to the bathroom and then when i do i only go a little bit. then it kinda burns or some kind of irratation. Also i have been having really bad stomach cramps. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!! i dont like going to the doctor!
