urination problem.

i'm 17 years old male.. i have been suffering from a urinating problem since years.. my flow of urine is slow and some urine remains in my urethra after urinating to dribble out later.. However i feel some tension in my anal area during erection..what's my diagnosis please??

Sharp pain/electric to my foot when I urinate

In the past few days I have had an issue when urinating or washing my genital area. When I wash my genitals or try to shake off after peeing it causes an electric/ stabbing pain to my left foot. I have severe back issues but this is new and scary. what is this and is it severe ?? Please help.
