Hello, im 22 years old. i'm having mild itching in my urethra for about 2weeks. and sometimes after ejaculation, there is pain if i have another erection.i have a girlfriend for 2years and we have unprotected sex(anal also). i don't have any sex relationship with another one. i don't know if she has.. sometimes when i was about 15, i had severe burning pain while passing out urine and white discharge like sperm but it's rare. the last one was more than 1year ago. Please give me some advice

I must say that I agree with the poster above me and it is most likely that you have an STD. it is possible that you got infected before your serious relationship and unfortunately you have probably infected your girlfriend as well.
So visit your doctor as soon as possible and also tell your girlfriend to do the same thing. Maybe nothing serious is in question but it is better to know that to guess what is going on with you. And the treatment is usually with antibiotics for most of the STDs so don’t panic.
