extreme pain after urinating, followed by blood!!

I woke up this morning knowing I had a uti, started drinking tons of water, horse tail tea and eating cranberries.  The pain has gotten so bad to screams!! Then after I passed bloody mucus I freaked!! The pain lasts for about 10-15 sec followed by a dripping blood stream as the pain subsides....

I am having a light testicle pain on left side

I've had years of UTI's. Doctors believe I have Intersitial Cystitus. I understand their is no cure but I am looking for ideas, support and encouraging stories.
