Hi, I am cold all the time at first I thought it was because of poor circulation due to anemia, but now I’m starting to believe it could be related to thyroid dysfunction. I feel weak lately, I haven’t got enough energy and have constipation. Am I anemic or could it be a thyroid problem?

Pernicious Anemia Diagnosis

My doc told me I had pernicious anemia, but when I looked it up, I realized I had not even been tested for it. The thing is I had a severe lack of B12, so I wonder why doctors can't just say it like it is. I tested positive for Celiac so probably that's why I have the B12 issues.
