life expectancy for hemophiliacs

Hello, good people. My husband has been diagnosed with a certain heart condition that is called cardiomyopathy. I am not quite sure what this is, so I was hoping to get more info here. What do you think about this? What is life expectancy here? I would really like to hear what you think.
