I've had sensations of heat in the arch of my right foot, but not constant

Having same feeling. I am 35. Already had blood work done. I'm not diabetic. I've had sensations of heat in the arch of my right foot. They are sporadic. Not constant. And it's not a feeling of pain. Just warmth. Not seeing any good answers on this thread so apparently no one knows.

A good amount of hip pain and it is located lower than my pelvis

im a 19 year old female. For the past two months I've been in a good amount of hip pain and nothing gets rid of it I had a perfect x-ray and nothing was wrong but I'm still in pain and it's lower than my pelvis I don't remember any extreme pulls or anything to damage it.
