Orthopedic Surgeon or Podiatrist for bunion surgery?

I am contemplating surgery for Tailor's bunions (on both feet - my luck, eh?). I like my podiatrist, whom I've been seeing for two years for other issues, but this is bone surgery. Is this surgery better left to an orthopedic surgeon or a podiatrist?

Bump or horn popping out in side of my knee. MRI showed that there were several in there.

It is most noticeable when I bend my knee. had MRI that indicated that there are several in the knee. Dr. cut into it with about 1/2 in. cut. The pod was opaq white oval ball and when cut there blood jelly looking stuff and then a big blob of yellow stuff and then red again....

heavy left arm with white fingers

shoulder tendon tears possibly due to allergy shots

I receive allergy shots weekly (now every 2 weeks) since August 2015. I'm concerned they may be the cause of newly diagnosed bilateral shoulder tendon tears. I've had no trauma to either. I can't definitive documentation this can be cause. Is anyone else experiencing this?

My butt hurts, real deep, like the bone. Same leg that I tore my hamstring last fall. I'm thinking piriformis. Walking is painful. I'm tapering, how can this happen :|
