It is most noticeable when I bend my knee.  had MRI that indicated that there are several in the knee.  Dr. cut into it with about 1/2 in. cut.  The pod was opaq white oval ball and when cut there blood jelly looking stuff and then a big blob of yellow stuff and then red again.  Had been feeling pain from my hip to my foot and it hurt when I would step up a small step.  The stuff was not send to a lab so don't know what it is or if the others inside the knee will also cause me the same pain...any ideas?
