my whole right side of my chest is uneven

Broke a piece of my femur bone off

So I am an Above the knee amputee and recnetly i tripped and fell directly of the end of my the bone. Now, this has happened before but this time it caused the tip of my bone to break off and got stuck in the tissue. I'm almost 4 weeks after having a full rotated cuff repair, bone spur and 1/3 of my clavicle removed. I've been in an immobilizer sling and am having the immobilizer removed in 3 days and my shoulder will be force moved. I will then be put in a regular sling for 3 more weeks before my PT starts....
