two months ago i damages my right hand muscles slightly by putting excessive power of it during handpower with my friemd. It wasnt that serious but after that day whenever i went to gym my right hand upper wrist mucles(opposite of elbow) became stiff and caused me pain made me to quit gym for days....

shoulder surgery elbow problem

I had total replacement surgery 9 weeks ago. My problem is I can't move my arm from the elbow to the hand. I can wiggle my fingers but it feels like electric shocks when I do so. The elbow just weont work. My doctor said the use will come back. Has anyone expirienced this problem.
