Septoplasty Surgery, I cannot breathe out of my left nostril at all

I had septoplasty surgery June 18th 2012 and got my splints removed today June 25th. I cannot breathe out of my left nostril at all, my right side is smooth sailing. Ny ENT dr. said keep using the saline, I'm wondring if something is wrong. It's worse than before the surgery. Help me please.

knee injections

I had 3 shot treatment has really helped my pain and the burning is better in my knee. I need a replacement but trying to avoid it as long as possible because of the health insurance. I'm not cured with injections but my pain level is a lot better.

Healing dislocated knee cap

Yesterday i dislocated my knee cap for the 3rd time since December 17. I went to my closest bone and joint doctor he gave me a brace to wear and it seemed to work but i was walking around my house in my socks (without my brace on) and i slipped and fell my knee cap slid right out..I am s SUPER busy...
