cringe in side of neck radiates throughout clavical and pressure on rib cage

I am have pain in my left artery area of my neck, it often feels like a real bad cramp or cringe. It will radiate throughout my clavical area and I will often feel pressure in my rib cage following these attacks. I have no idea what is causing this.
