Do I need dosage adjustment?

Popping after bunion surgery

Hello I had bunion surgery on July 5th, 2006. I have a popping sound in my foot when ever I walk. I can feel the bone popping or cracking. I also have significant pain in my foot still- as well as swelling. Are these symptoms normal 3 months after surgery? Thank you

I banged my left rib on the arm of a wooden chair now it hurts when I move certain ways and looks swollen. Is there anything I should do, I believe putting Ice on it should help. but is it necessary to see a doctor?
