Hello everybody!
I have knee problem (a had bunionectomy 4 weeks ago). I still feel pain. Is this normal? Would some exercise help?

This is really still early stage not to feel any pain.
But exercise would help!
I can tell you at the beginning: forget about aerobic step or biking, or skiing, running …this are definitely sports that put additional pressure on knees. You can go swimming… swimming doesn’t put any pressure on body, actually it puts the same pressure on all body.
