Osteoporosis Arthritis Info

I’ve been diagnosed osteoporosis with 53 years. I’ve been taking supplements of calcium and soy been since then. Now, I’m starting to wake up with swollen, painful wrists. I’ve heard of osteoporosis arthritis, but I don’t know what it is exactly. Can somebody give me more info, please?

ankle keeps swelling up after any sort of physical activity.

i landed awakwardley on ankle about a month ago, seemed ok after a week or so all bruising etc went down, but since every time i do any physical activity it seems to go huge again, like doubles in size, any idea's waht could be wrong? serious problem?
