I need advice for my leg pain

Seems like 2 monthes ago or so I pulled a tendon in my leg. It still hurts and sometimes it hurts to walk and at times hurts to just stand in one place or sit. I can still run full speed and can make sharp cuts(football). So can I do to ease the pain or repair this injury.

i hope somebody can help me. For the last 3 months I have pain in each side of my hip/pelvis area. I cannot pinpoint it. I had xrays done on each hip and there is no findings there. I do have a degenerative disc in by back for which I have had 3 lumbar injections for. One in June, one in July...

cartilage defect from the knee trauma?
