cronic burning neck pain

I have intense burning sensation in neck and upper back, feels like I have a sunburn. Left side neck of my neck has drawing spasm sensations. Right shoulder pain. My hands go numb when I lift my arms. Now my right leg feels weak and tingles. I've had 3 previous cervical neck fusions.
