I have rolled my ankle many times

I've rolled my ankle at least 15 times,had 6 shots of cortisone in the ankle,worn a air cast,the foot and ankle plastic boot and taken inflammation drugs. It just keeps happening ,even walking on a flat surface i sometimes can roll it again. What else can I do?

Second toe pain after hammer toe surgery

Had second, third fourth and fifth toes fused plus extensions off ligaments. I am eight weeks post second all is going well except the second toe. It really hurts when I try to walk? Does th second toe take longer than the others to feel better?
