I have had a few cycling injuries of my knee. I’ve experienced sever pain at the front of the knee. I was diagnosed fat pad impigment. I use painkillers and glucosamine supplements. What can you suggest me? I need advices from people with same experience. Thanks.

You should have rest and use non-steroids. Diagnosis of fat pad impingement is made by exclusion. It can be missed as a result. If its really fpi, you may have your knee professionally taped to reduce the stretch. Injured tissue shouldn’t be strathced. You should decrease the stretch to help healing injured tissue.
