What can I do about soft swelling above the right collarbone with pain?

I had this soft swelling above right collar bone for about a year. Now I am experiencing pain and tingling in right hand. I had ultrasound on thyroid, x-ray, and CT scan with contrast that brings up negative results. What can I do the pain is getting to me. Thank you.
