what to do with cracked areola? I have eczema as well

So when i was 15 i had an itch on my boob and i'm turning 17 it looks cracked. I have eczema on myself, i'm scared the nipple comes out when it's rubbed or cold while the other is normal. What to do ? Anyone else experience this

I have a question I hope someone can answer. Am I weird, because I do not like my husband to touch my nipples. Even if anything accidently rubs against them , it pisses me off, I just hate it...
