I gave birth three weeks ago, and everything has been just great. Breastfeeding is going well, although it did hurt a bit in the beginning. Now, I have noticed a small white lump on my breast tissue, near the nipple. Can anyone tell me what this is? Should I be worried? Is this bad for my baby?

Hi, I am producing breast milk. The thing is that I am sure that I'm not pregnant. I have been taking birth control pills regularly for the last three years. I am not on any kind of medication so I am very worried what can be causing this condition. Can you tell me why this is happening to me?
