Making Healthy Choices

I am confused. Is this a health site? If so why is it condoned to ingest things that intentionally throw our chemicals off balance in order to feel different than we naturally do. I thought being healthy was about making choices that improved us physically and mentally.

Stomach problems since stopping smoking

Is Pot Addictive?

I'v smoked pot on and off for about 40 yrs, I'v never had a pot withdrawal that I can ever remember or known anyone who has. but I do have hard times sleeping, eating etc. normally..   other than the occasional paranoia from "smoking too much" it has helped my appetite, stress levels etc....
