Since I stopped smoking after 42 years about 2 months ago I have had really bad stomach aches wind diarrhea every time I eat I never want to smoke again that's not a problem I have been to my docs and have given blood urine which have all come back ok is this a common thing when quitting hope it flattens out soon

MJ lowers the movement of the gastrointestinal track and when you quit everything inside will have to adjust to the faster movement. It needs some time to adjust, so give it time and help your body by eating healthy for a while.
