I haven't smoked in forever but I feel like I'm still high but it's a bad feeling.

Why is this happening? It's been weeks or so since I last smoked . And out of nowhere I get the feeling i used to get if it was a bad high. It is really freaking me out. What should I do? They say don't think about it but that's really hard for me to do.
