Does anyone know what this could be. Have had it for about 7/8 months. Have had a chest x-ray and waiting to go to COPD clinic. Am on Tramadol-they just help me sleep?

I was just told that I have Moderate COPD. Most of the articles I read are mostly about the later stages of COPD. I am wondering what I can do to maintain the lungs that I have now. Exercise diet....... go it. I live on the beach in Washington state & wonder is the damp air has an effect???...
