my boyfriend when he shaves often turns red and his face feels as if it is on fire. His hair grows back very fast and by the end of the night he has in grown hairs, and redness and often pimple like bumps that he can pop. Can you suggest what it is? And things we can do about it!

I had lipo about 4 weeks ago. I had open drainage incisions. I am noticing a difference in my inner and outer thighs, but my tummy seems to be bigger than it was before. How can I tell if I am swollen or if this is my final result? I am still tender.
