Can liposuction get rid of seroma fluid 8 months after tummy tuck?

Can lipo suction get rid a seroma fluid in the abdomen 8 months after a tummy tuck. Should I have lipo suction are just try dieting and exercise.

Bad smell in my nose after rhynoplasty
