Non-stop clicking due to acoustic neuromas – can I make it stop?

Hello, guys. I have been recently diagnosed with acoustic neuroma. I have started to hear non-stop clicking and it really goes on my nerves. I would like to know if I can make it stop. Can anyone give me some useful advice? I will appreciate all your replies. Thanks in advance.

LUMP BEHIND EAR AND EAR HURTS BAD

I have a lump behind my ear at first it was small then it has gotten larger, and I am in pain, I went to a pharmacy and he told me to take advil and it has not help this has been at least 3 days now.
