I've had a bump on the back of my earlobe for a few months and it hurts. I got my ears pierced about 9 years ago, so I don't think it's that. It's red and really big. Someone told me to stick a needle through it so I tried, and blood came out. What could it be?

When does NIHL occur?

Hi. I’m working on construction and every day and I’m exposed to very loud sounds. I read many things about hearing loss and especially NIHL. My question is when noise induced hearing loss occurs and can some sounds instead of sounds I hear at work be damaging for my ears?
