My daughter has used cheap earrings

My daughter has had cheap earrings in and now her lobe is swollen and there seems to Alike. a black ball coming out of the hole. I have told her to bathe it in warm water and salt but what else can I do?

Thought was a pimple on ear with in hours, now is like a blister, very painful!!!
