Unequally Dialated Pupils

Hello, I never had problems with sight, but lately my pupils are unequally dialated. I am also lately under stress and have high sugar (though not diabetes). Could this be because of that?

HI Friends, My dad underwent a cataract operation a week before in his right eye and after that operation his eye pressure has gone up..it reads 24 now. He is in immense pain, and the changing of eye drops does not seem to be working.. Will he be fine again? I am afraid he might loose his vision.....

Glaucoma treated with Lumigan drops?
