swelling tht starts on one side of to nose close the eyes and spreads around the eyes

I get itch in the corner of my eye.The next thing i get swelling start on my nose close to my eye and the swelling spreads around my eye. this happens on my right side and sometimes on my left. I have been to a few doctors and none of them can tell me what triggers the swelling
