whats wrong with me????

swelling and hives

could u please help me, 5 days ago i woke up with my eyes swelled up and pink dots like hives all round my neck and behind my ear. later on that day my face calmed down and hives started to apper in different parts round my body. now my feet and hands are swollen and im in a great deal of pain.
