Eye Headaches

I have been experiencing headaches, for the past few days. I have had sinus problems for a long time and I am beginning to think that maybe this has something to do with it. Just before my headache, I feel mild pain in my eyes. Is this connected?

torn retina

had two lots of treatment of lazer on my eye last time I went to hospital said it was all ok but I still have the same views of curtains and globules passing I was told it will take a while to clear is that right or has the lazer not worked again

enlarged lacrimal glands

I have had sarcoidosis for 15 years. On my most recent MRI they found enlarged lacrimal glands in the eyes. I have read that sarcoid can cause this. What type of tests are done to verify that the cause is sarcoid? What are treatment options? What happens if it goes untreated? Thank you.
