eye strain or serious problem

for the past few days ive been having eye discomfort even when i close my eyes it seems like i just cant rest my eyes. its giving me headaches around me eyes and in the back of my head. idk if this is serious or anyhting i feel tired but i know im getting enough sleep so idk what this problem is

pterygium options to surgical removal
