I just bought some acid whey protein, but i'm not 100% sure how to mix it, it says i need to use 30g of the powder, so thats one ounce so ill use 1 ounce of powder, but how much water should i use? do i just guess? and also, to everyone out there who drink protein shakes, do you also put other stuff...
