Ok I sometimes need steroids for some conditions especially at night, I need a hair of Ativan to be put in the steroid and see if the calming agent counteracts the hypersensitive of the person with a high dose of steroid

Is it normal that im spending most of my time on a trainer?

I have decided to work out a whole year round. Since we have harsh winters and snow and subzero temperatures are not my favorite environment I bought an indoor trainer. It took me a while before I got used to it but now I am spending most of my training on it. What do you think about it?
