What is the purpose of therapeutic exercises?

My mother has some problem with her heart. His doctor told that it’s nothing serious but she needs to take care about his general condition. She will need to change her life style and start to exercise. I want to know what is the purpose of therapeutic exercises? Any advice? Thanks!

When to start maintaining?

My problem is about my weight and exercising. I started with my training program two months ago. This program with my original diet was not satisfied. Instead of getting weight in muscles I started to lose it. When is a time to start maintaining? What am I supposed to do with my diet and exercising?

doing weights but still no results

hi ive been doing weights for around 3 months now and still no result.. i work different muscles everday..do i just have to be patient or is it something else...i do the weights for about 30-80mins a day

weight lifting stunts height??

Pain in my left slight upper wrist.

When i lifting the weights for chest, shoulders and more when i lift for biceps i.,e when i am doing barbell bicep curl i am getting lot of pain in my left slight upper wrist.
