When i lifting the weights for chest, shoulders and more when i lift for biceps i.,e when i am doing barbell bicep curl i am getting lot of pain in my left slight upper wrist. Pain is so worst that i cant lift more weight after that pain. Please suggest why it happens and what to do to prevent that pain. Thanks in advance

Does it make a popping noise when you move it in a circular motion? Do you feel a cyst (bump) under the skin?

No popping noise, No cyst under the skin and even no swelling kind of. The muscle which is there in the wrist is paining. The muscle is paining and i can feel the pain only if i lift barbell only and when i lift EZ CURL there is no pain
