I had 3/4 of my pancreas removed and gallbladder. I am going to have the rest of my pancreas removed. I know I will be a diabetic however, what else can I expect regarding weight, pain, diet or anything else.

nausea after gallstone removal

Had gall bladder removal due to constant nausea. Had surgery a few days ago but nausea has returned. I desperately hope this is temporary. Can anyone help?
