Could artificial heart valves be problem during pregnancy?

My aunt is 32 years old and she had heart valve replacement two years ago. She is ok and no problem with it. But now she is planning to become pregnant. Normally, I’m worried because I don’t know is it safe for her. Could artificial heart valves be problem during pregnancy?

Fast Heart Rate with Dizziness

Just 20 min ago I’ve experienced fast heart rate with dizziness. This happened few times before. I think it is blood pressure but since it repeated few times I’m begging to think that is some heart condition? Is fast hart rate with dizziness necessarily symptom of heart disease?
